Foreign leaders sympathize with Vietnam over losses caused by floods
(VOVWORLD) -Mongolian President Khaltmaa Battulga on Wednesday sent a message of sympathy to Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong over losses caused by severe floods in central Vietnam.

Mongolian Foreign Minister Nyamtserengiin Enkhtaivan sent sympathy to Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.
On the same day, Republic of Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung Wha extended sympathy to Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.
