Foreign ministry officially launches one-stop shop services
(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs officially launched its one-stop shop unit in Hanoi on Thursday, which is responsible for handling administrative procedures as an enthusiastic response to the Government’s administrative reform.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh said the service is a breakthrough in the Government’s administrative reform which aims to create an open and coherent mechanism in dealing with administrative procedures. After the launch ceremony, Mr. Minh experienced services first-hand at the one-stop shop unit which lies at the ministry’s Consular Department.
