The police in the Central Highland province of Gia Lai yesterday arrested a number of FULRO reactionaries in Hra Commune, Mang Yang District, who allegedly incited locals to sabotage national unity. Exiled reactionaries, headed by Ksor KoK, have in the past sought contact with people living in Gia Lai province to urge them to follow the FULRO organization in setting up “a state of the Degar peoples in the Central Highlands”. After collecting evidence of their illegal activities, the Gia Lai Police arrested them in possession of weapons including bows and swords and has charged the leaders with violating Article 87 of the Criminal Code on undermining national unity.
