This will be a year of more challenges than advantages, it says in Resolution 01, which outlines its socio-economic development plan and State budget for 2022.
The resolution focuses on restoring and promoting production and business; boosting exports; and accelerating public investment capital disbursement and mobilizing all resources to develop the infrastructure system, especially strategic infrastructure.
To achieve its goals, the Government intends to flexibly and effectively prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic while recovering and developing the economy.
