Hanoi to set off fireworks to welcome New Year 2021
(VOVWORLD) - Hanoi will set off fireworks for 15 minutes (0-0.15 am) on January 1 to welcome the New Year 2021.
Locations include Hoan Kiem Lake in Hoan Kiem district, Thong Nhat Park in Hai Ba Trung district, and My Dinh area in Nam Tu Liem district.
Hanoi authorities have asked related districts use funds from sponsors of the fireworks displays while working with related agencies to ensure requirements on safety and effectiveness.
