Hanoi welcomes 21.5 million tourist arrivals in nine months
(VOVWORLD) - Hanoi received around 21.5 million visitors in the first nine months of 2019, up 9.5% year-on-year. Hanoi hosted 4.7 million of the total foreign visitors, with an annual increase of 10%.

According to the municipal Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the city aims to receive 29 million tourists, with 7 million foreigners among them, by the end of this year.
This year, Hanoi has been one of 19 nominees for the title of “World’s Leading Destination City 2019” by World Travel Awards, the de facto “Oscar” of the tourism field.
