Commission Chairman Nguyen Hoang Anh said he hopes leaders of localities will continue to create favorable conditions for enterprises under the Commission to initiate projects and accomplish their duties, contributing to socio-economic development of the locality and the region.

In 2020, Hau Giang province achieved and exceeded 18 of the total 19 main targets of socio-economic development, national defense, security and foreign affairs. The province’s economic growth rate reached 4.5%, ranking 2nd in Vietnam and 1st in the Mekong River Delta region. Hau Giang’s administrative reform and business investment environment improvement achieved significant results.
