(VNA) – Honduras’s President Porfirio Lobo Sosa expresses willingness to enhance multifaceted cooperation with Vietnam and work together to boost relations between the Central American Integration System (SICA) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

In a reception for Vietnamese Ambassador, Le Thanh Tung, President Lobo Sosa said he and his countrymen admire Vietnamese people’s staunchness in the national resistance war in the past and strong determination the present national construction. He hailed Vietnam’s achievements in the renewal process led by the Communist Party. President Lobo Sosa said he wishes to visit Vietnam to witness Vietnam’s achievements.
