(VOVworld) – Vietnamese ambassador to India Ton Sinh Thanh visited Andra Pradesh state this week. He paid a courtesy visit to governor Candrabadu Naidu who praised Vietnam’s position and potential and said his state wants to increase cooperation with Vietnam, particularly in agriculture, fisheries, and education.
Ambassador Thanh hailed Andra Pradesgh state’s socio-economic achievements and its directions for future growth. Earlier he attended a ceremony to mark the 75th anniversary of the Indian Society for Cultural Cooperation and Friendship in Vijayawada. He also visited Visakhapatnam port city and met with representatives of the Vietnamese community there.
