(VOVworld)- On Wednesday, the Hanoi Association of Persons with Disabilities organized a meeting to mark International Day for Persons with Disabilities under the theme “Inclusion matters- access and empowerment for people of all abilities”. In his address, Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Trong Dam highlighted the Vietnamese Party, State, organizations and the community’s assistance and support for the disabled. Dam said the Vietnamese legal system and policies for the disabled have been enforced creating opportunities for them to learn, find jobs and contribute to their families and society.
