Addressing a workshop in Hanoi on Wednesday, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Farmers Association, Leu Vu Dieu, considered value chain development as the key to success in Vietnam’s farming industrialization and modernization for international integration. Delegates recommended solutions to improve farmers’ capacity in the agricultural value chain and sustainable farming production. More than 10,000 Vietnamese farmers have participated in technical demonstration and application of sustainable standards for farming with support from multinational companies.
