(VOVworld) – Iran is ready to resolve political conflict with Saudi Arabia through dialogue, said Abbas Araghchi, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs.

Speaking to the media on Friday, Araqchi said that Iran’s policy is based on the principle of peace and stability in the region. He emphasized that Iran is ready to settle problems with all its neighbors, including Saudi Arabia, through dialogue. He added that Iran considers Saudi Arabia one of the major countries in the Islamic world, calling Saudi Arabia’s unilateral cutting of diplomatic ties with Tehran a mistake.
