(VOVworld) – The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility over a series of attacks Tuesday on the Al-Qasr hotel, used as the headquarters for the Yemeni government in Aden city’s eastern suburb and positions of the Saudi Arab-led coalition. In an online statement, IS said it had conducted 4 suicide bombings on the targets. The group said two attacks targeting the Yemeni government headquarters at Al-Qasr hotel were carried out by Abu Saad al-Adani and Abu Mohammed al-Sahli, who drove vehicles laden with bombs. In the other two attacks, IS gunmen used bomb-laden armored vehicles to attack the Arab coalition headquarters and a United Arab Emirates military position.
