(VOVWORLD) - The Islamic State (IS) has posted a video clip threatening to attack New Year celebrators around the world.

The 8-minute clip contains footage of IS’s global terrorism activities and urges IS supporters to take advantage of drunken people and crowds during New Year celebrations to attack. The IS specifically called for attacks on Christians and Pope Francis.
