Italy, Finland dazzle Danang International Fireworks Festival

(VOVWORLD) - Italian and Finnish teams lit up the sky of Danang City on Saturday for the third night of the Danang International Fireworks Festival. Themed “Love”, their performances told stories about nature and human since the early days.

The Italian team, with its rich experience and capacity in fireworks display, wowed spectators by launching 2,000 fires into the sky and using 200 lighting and music effects. 

Italy, Finland dazzle Danang International Fireworks Festival - ảnh 2 Established in 2014 but Finland's JoHo Pyro Professional Fireworks AB has accumulated extensive experience in the industry.

Finland’s fireworks display featured Lemminkainen, a hero in the Finnish mythology, who overcame a number of obstacles to an otherworldly place but finally killed by a weapon and retrieved by his mother who tried to bring him back to life. The performance highlighted love between a couple and between mother and child set against a music background.

Nguyen Manh Cuong from Hanoi said: “Personally I prefer Finland’s performance which was more vibrant. Italy’s show was also great for its romantic music and dramatic content.”

The two teams also presented fireworks telling emotional stories about rivers in Italy and Finland.
