(VOVworld) - Speaker of the Kazakh Parliament’s Lower House Kabibulla Dzhakupov will visit Vietnam and attend the 132nd Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) General Assembly from March 27-31 at the invitation of National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung.
