Khanh Hoa welcomes 5.6 million tourists in 9 months
(VOVWORLD) -The central coastal province of Khanh Hoa welcomed more than 5.6 million tourists so far this year, 16% higher than in the same period last year. Half of the total number of tourists were foreigners.
On average, visitors often spend about 3 days in the province. Khanh Hoa also received 14 million one-day visitors and 81 thousand foreign travelers on luxurious cruise ships. A coastline of 180 kilometers, stunning natural landscapes with Van Phong, Nha Trang and Cam Ranh bays listed among the world’s most beautiful, and unique local events such as Ponagar Temple festival, whale worshipping festival, and Salanganes festival, are advantages for Khanh Hoa to develop tourism. This year, Khanh Hoa hosts of the National Tourism Year 2019 and Nha Trang Beach Festival.
