(VOVworld) – Kien Giang province’s authorities are paying a New Year visit to the residents and soldiers of the two island districts of Kien Hai and Phu Quoc.

Chairman of Kien Giang province’s People’s Committee Le Van Thi said the local naval and marine police forces should cooperate with the armed forces in the area to protect the sea and islands in the Southwestern region.
