(VOVworld) – A ceremony was held in An Giang province to mark the 128^th birthday of late President Ton Duc Thang on 20 August.

At the meeting participants reviewed the revolutionary career of President Ton Duc Thang, who devoted his entire life to the nation and people.

Various activities have been organized to mark the occasion, including a get-together of revolutionary veterans, an exhibition featuring maps and materials regarding Truong Sa and Hoang Sa archipelagos, the launch of a post stamp competition for students and a writing contest to learn about An Giang and its people.
