(VOVworld) – Ahmed Maiteeq was sworn in as Libya's new prime minister on Sunday after a vote in the General National Congress. This was the second vote within a week. The first vote on April 29 was disrupted by gunmen. Libya has been in chaos with armed groups occupying several cities and oil-export seaports since the death of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011.
