(VOVWORLD) - In 2020, the Mekong Delta continued to have the lowest spatial cost of living index (SCOLI) in Vietnam, according to the General Statistics Office.
Hau Giang province had the lowest SCOLI, 90% that of Hanoi, the most expensive locality in Vietnam last year.
Ho Chi Minh City was the second most expensive locality in 2020 followed by Hai Phong city, Da Nang city, and Lao Cai province.
