Associate Prof. Dr.  Pham Quoc Thanh of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, said: "The event was held to commemorate the 50^th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s testament. The event allowed researchers to share their knowledge about President Ho Chi Minh and his role in international and Vietnamese revolution and boosted cooperative relations between Vietnam and Russia."

Presentations at the event focused on President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology as an international communist, his role in Vietnam’s national liberation revolution, and his role in the formation of new culture, morals and people.
