An official welcoming ceremony was held in Brussels on Monday for National Assembly’s Chairman, Nguyen Sinh Hung and his entourage on their visit to Belgium and the European Parliament. Mr. Werner Langen, Head of the European Parliament Delegation for relations with countries of Southeast Asia and ASEAN hosted the ceremony.

Earlier the same day, Chairman Hung met Brussels’ Mayor, Freddy Thielemans and Chairman of the Parliament of the French-speaking Community of Belgium, Jean Charles Lupiter.

During the 3-day visit to Belgium and the European Parliament, the Vietnamese delegation will meet Chairmen of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives and Senate, the President of the European Parliament and attend the Vietnam-Belgium Business Forum.
