(VOVWORLD) -The National Assembly on Thursday morning continued their plenary discussion on additional assessment of the implementation of the socio-economic development and the state budget plan in 2022 and in the first months of 2023.

In the afternoon, the Assembly will discuss approving the final settlement of the state budget in 2021, practice of thrift and anti-waste in 2022, and continued implementation of the 2% value-added tax reduction policy.
Other topics will be the assignment of lists and capital levels for tasks and projects under the socio-economic recovery and development program, the medium-term public investment plan of central budget capital for the 2021-2025 period and central budget capital investment plan of the national target program in 2023.
