(VOVworld) – National Assembly deputies discussed the remaining differences over the revised Civil Procedure Code which was submitted for consideration at the previous NA meeting. Most of the deputies agreed that courts are obliged to address civil cases where there have been no laws to apply. This marks an important change in building a state governed by law and is in accordance with the 2013 Constitution regarding the functions and tasks of Vietnamese people’s courts.
