NA Vice Chairman inspects enforcement of judgment
(VOVWORLD) - NA Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu on Monday led a delegation to inspect criminal judgment enforcement and leniency work at General Department 8 of the Ministry of Public Security.

Mr. Luu stressed the need to create an amnesty law and amend the law on criminal verdict enforcement. He urged the Ministry of Public Security build detention facilities that provide humane living conditions for prisoners. Amesty rules should reflect the Party and State’s leniency policies and encourage the rehabilitation of criminals, he added.
