(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong has urged Lang Son province to focus on economic development in a close link with environment protection.

At a working visit to Bac Son district on Monday, Phong stressed the need to take advantage of local potentials, protect and develop forests, improve education, health care, and maintain security, law and order.
Ms. Phong offered incense at the Bac Son Guerilla Monument, and visited several kindergartens and secondary schools in Lang Son province.
