(VOVworld)- National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung on Friday offered incense to the late President Ho Chi Minh at the Presidential Palace complex in Hanoi, to mark the forthcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday. The National Assembly Chairman highlighted President Ho Chi Minh’s great contributions to the nation. Hung said, by following President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings, the National Assembly had continuously improved its ability to meet the people’s aspirations and had contributed to raising people’s wealth, building a strong, democratic, equal and civilized country. In a meeting with the complex's staff, Hung asked them to work harder to preserve this work for next generations while introducing President Ho Chi Minh’s life and career to more people nationwide as well as to foreign visitors.
