(VOVworld) – National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung received Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Vietnam Anar Imanov in Hanoi on Wednesday.

Chairman Hung welcomed Azerbaijan’s opening of its embassy in Vietnam, considering this the precondition for further bilateral cooperation in the future. He said that Vietnam and Azerbaijan have a traditional friendship which will help to bolster cooperation in defense, security, culture, education, and particularly trade. Chairman Hung added that the Vietnam National Assembly will create the best possible conditions for the ambassador to fulfill his mission in Vietnam.
