The bill includes 32 provisions, including 31 provisions governing the revision of laws and one provision stipulating the law enforcement validity. The majority of deputies agreed with the government proposal that it’s necessary to promulgate a law on amendments and supplements to the laws relating to planning to ensure compatibility and consistency and that the new law and the Law on Planning will take effect on January 1, 2019.

Afterwards, the National Assembly approved a list of officials subject to votes of confidence.
