(VOVworld) – The National Assembly Standing Committee on Thursday discussed the budget finalization for the 2012 fiscal year and the issuance of a decree on casino operations.

According to the government’s report, the revenue and expenditure balance of the State budget in 2012 saw an increase compared to the estimate reported to the 5^th session of the National Assembly. However, the revenue for the State budget failed to meet the National Assembly’s set target due to tax evasion and unpaid tax as well as off target spending. National Assembly deputies also discussed the issuance of a decree on casino operations on Thursday morning session.
