(VOVworld) – The Supreme People’s Procuracy hosted a national conference on anti-corruption in HCM city on Monday. It reported that corruption continues and complicates all sectors and levels.

The procuracy had instructed all investigation agencies and courts to push ahead with major corruption cases. Director General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy Nguyen Hoa Binh said: “There remain shortcomings in discovering, investigating, prosecuting, and judging corruption cases. The people expect a better result. Resolving corruption will help enhance people’s trust in the Party and State and investigation agencies.”
