(VOVWORLD) - The 8th National Futsal HDBank Cup 2024 and its draw ceremony were officially announced in Ho Chi Minh City on Friday.

The tournament, the most prestigious indoor football competition in Vietnam, is organized by the Voice of Vietnam in collaboration with the Vietnam Football Federation and Diamond Sponsor HDBank.

VOV Vice President Tran Minh Hung, also Vice President of the Vietnam Olympic Committee and Head of the Steering Committee for the National Futsal Cup 2024, said: “After 8 years of organizing the event with the Vietnam Football Federation and HDBank sponsor, we have gained experience in organizing a more professional tournament to bring the audience the most attractive matches and promote the Futsal movement among young people towards the world level.”
The champion team will receive a prize of 7,900 USD, while the second-place team will be awarded 3,900 USD. The team finishing third will receive 2,000 USD. Additionally, the Organizing Committee will present prizes of 790 USD each for the titles of Top Scorer, Best Player, and Best Goalkeeper.
