(VOVworld) – The 9^th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, entitled “Solidarity, Creativity, and Emulation, for national construction and defense”, will take place next Monday and Tuesday.

The congress will review emulation and commendation activities over the past 5 years and honor outstanding individuals and collectives for their contributions to national patriotic emulation activities. It will also launch new emulation campaigns to encourage people to follow President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example.
