(VOVworld)- The 13th Asia Pacific Conference Heads of Maritime Safety Agencies Forum will open this July in the city of Nha Trang. More than 100 delegates from maritime agencies of countries in the Asia Pacific Region and representatives of international maritime organizations will attend the event. This year’s forum will focus on the forum’s strategic plans and its organizational restructuring as well as seafarer training, search and rescue, and the implementation of the Maritime Labor Convention.
