No new coronavirus case in Vietnam for 2nd morning in row

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam reported no new COVID-19 cases early Monday morning, the second morning in a row, said the Ministry of Health. Several cases are expected to receive discharge from hospital later Monday.

The overall number of coronavirus cases in the country remained 241, including 150 people who came to Vietnam from abroad. 91 have recovered and were discharged from hospital, while 150 are being treated at 21 medical establishments nationwide.

As of Sunday, there remained 3,154 suspected cases nationwide, who are being in quarantine and suffering strict monitoring. More than 78,400 people throughout the country have completed a 14-day quarantine period and returned home.
