(VOVWORLD) -A seminar on accessing the French market said Wednesday that Vietnamese enterprises can find opportunities to export to France everything from consumer goods to food products.

Nguyen Tuan, Deputy Director of the Trade and Investment Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City, said France is Vietnam’s fifth largest European trading partner.
Le Van Thanh Tra of the Source of Asia company advised businesses to review their capacity before accessing new markets like France in the post-pandemic period, connect with well-informed partners in those markets, and thoroughly learn about the business culture in France.
Vietnam's exports to France include footwear, textiles, housewares, agricultural, forestry and fishery products, precious stones, jewelry, electrical and electronic appliances, mechanical items, ceramics of all kinds, rubber, coal, toys, sports and entertainment products, plastic products, and bamboo and rattan products.
