Outstanding children honored in Hanoi
(VOVWORLD) - Hanoi held a ceremony to honor exemplary children as part of the city’s 14th “Uncle Ho’s Good Children” Congress.

Speaking at the event, Hanoi’s Party Secretary Vuong Dinh Hue asked them to participate more in Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers’ Association movements.
“Agencies at all levels should pay more attention to the Young Pioneers’ Association and provide teachers with better facilities and training programs. This will improve education for children through joint efforts between families, schools and society with support policies for needy children,” said Hue.
