Vietnamese Ambassador to Canada To Anh Dung spoke at a ceremony to receive the donation on Thursday in Hanoi: "It is a fine tradition of the Vietnamese people to turn their hearts and souls to their fatherland, no matter where they reside. This tradition has encouraged many overseas Vietnamese people across the world to work hard to improve their lives while contributing to support their Vietnamese fellow countrymen."
On this occasion, a company run by overseas Vietnamese in Bulgaria donated fertilizers worth 4000 USD for 8 provinces in central Vietnam to help them quickly resume their production.
