Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Ngo Duc Manh said Ms Ngan’s visit is of great importance affirming Vietnam’s consistent policy of respecting and boosting its comprehensive strategic partnership with Russia and considering Russia one of Vietnam’s important, reliable partners. Mr. Manh said the visit will create a new momentum for bilateral ties and contribute to the development of each country as well as peace, cooperation, and development in the region and the world.
