Mr. Trong said that although peace, cooperation and development remain a major trend, the multidimensional effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, strategic competition among major countries, and the emergence of non-traditional security problems have posed many challenges for all nations. In that context, Vietnam wishes to cooperate with other countries in both bilateral and multilateral levels to overcome challenges, he said.
