Addressing a ceremony on Sunday, the provincial Party Secretary Doan Hong Phong said that the monument is of great significance to educate young people of the patriotism, revolutionary and cultural values. Party General Secretary Truong Chinh, real name Dang Xuan Khu, was born on February 9, 1907 in Xuan Truong District, Nam Dinh province. He was an outstanding Vietnamese revolutionary leader and excellent disciple of President Ho Chi Minh.
