Party leader urges better quality personnel work

Trong chaired a meeting in Hanoi on Friday to review the implementation of a Politburo conclusion on cadre rotation and planning work until 2020 and beyond. He said personnel work requires sufficient information, impartiality, fairness, and long-sightedness.
