Pennsylvania court will hear President Trump’s complaint of vote count irregularity

(VOVWORLD) - The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Wednesday that it will hear a complaint from US President Donald Trump's campaign regarding thousands of mail-in votes in Philadelphia.

A lower court had previously rejected the complaint.

The same day, Georgia State Secretary Brad Raffensperger said that the results of the recount underway in Georgia will not change Joe Biden’s victory in the US presidential election.

President Trump's legal team is considering a request for a recount in Wisconsin, where Trump received 20,608 fewer votes than Biden.

On Wednesday, Democrats in the US House of Representatives selected Nancy Pelosi to continue as House Speaker for another two years. Pelosi said she will continue to work with Joe Biden to address issues of healthcare, environmental protection, and police reform.
