(VOVWORLD) - 78 artists were horned as “Outstanding artists of the performing arts industry" on Sunday in Hanoi by the Performing Arts Department and the Vietnam Theater of Contemporary Art.

The honorees gained major achievements at the National Dance Festival, National Drama Festival, and National Circus Talent Contest 2021.
Honored at the program, Artist Quang Thang of the Hanoi Drama Theater, said “This is the first time I ‘ve received such an honor, I feel very touched. In the future, I will continue to give my all, work hard, and together with the theater stage many plays to the audience, and strive to achieve the title of People's Artist.”
The Organizing Committee also awarded sound and video recordings of performing arts on COVID-19 prevention and control.
