PM calls for innovating mindset to implement traffic projects
(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Head of the State Steering Committee for key national projects of the transport sector, chaired the Committee ‘s third meeting on Wednesday in Hanoi.

The Prime Minister said that during this term, the Government has spent about 19 billion USD to invest in traffic projects and works and emphasized that the effective implementation of projects will contribute to the realization of three strategic breakthroughs set by the 13th National Party Congress, including a breakthrough in transport infrastructure.

PM Chinh called on ministries, sectors and localities to renew their thinking, approach and handling of problems to effectively implement traffic projects and works.
Requesting localities to mobilize the whole political system to accelerate site clearance and resettlement, the Prime Minister directed the inspection of bidding and auction to fight corruption and negativity.
