PM Dung says Vietnam responsive to changes

(VOVworld) - On Tuesday, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung chaired the monthly government meeting for December. He hailed the government’s persistence in the implementation of Party and National Assembly resolutions to connect social and economic development with national defense and security.

He said the government is now more responsive to world changes: “Vietnamese policies are now more responsive to world and domestic changes. Government leaders and ministers have been quick to deal effectively with any urgent issues, including natural disasters and epidemics. Leadership competency has improved based on a higher sense of responsibility and joint efforts to serve the interests of the nation and its people.”

The Prime Minister asked ministries and agencies to quickly enact  laws that will take effect from next January and promote human resource development.
