PM joins 120th anniversary celebration of Hanoi Medical University
(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has asked the Hanoi Medical University to show stronger determination, greater efforts, and more drastic and effective actions to turn the HMU into a leading centre of medical training and studies in Vietnam and the region that provides training for both domestic and international students, applies national and regional-level scientific and technological advances, and serves Vietnamese people as well as foreigners.

Addressing the 120th anniversary of the university on Wednesday, PM Chinh said: “The university should improve its training programs and methods to be close to practices and innovation while promoting spearhead medical researches, especially in community healthcare and human resource training in various levels, from academic to coaching skills for health workers in remote areas.”
 The Prime Minister said he believes that Hanoi Medical University will continue to uphold the glorious tradition and always be the flagship in medical training for the country. Photo: VOV
