During talks in New Delhi on Friday, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh agreed to promote bilateral ties in all areas and increase exchanges of high level visits and ensure an early establishment of joint task force in trade and education. Both pledged to strengthen cooperation in international fora and praising the importance of peace, stability, maritime safety and security in the East Sea and international law in dispute settlement, especially the 1982 UN Convention on the Law on the Sea, the Declaration of Conducts of Parties in the East Sea DOC towards a Code of Conducts COC.
