Mr. Phuc received Chairman of the US House Foreign Affairs Sub-Committee on Asia and the Pacific Ted Yoho in Hanoi on Monday. The Prime Minister said Vietnam values relations with the US and wants to enhance the comprehensive partnership on the basis of respecting each other’s independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and political regime. He welcomes US lawmakers’ visits to Vietnam to consolidate friendship between the two countries.

Chairman Yoho pledged to work harder to boost trade and culture exchanges and the sharing of law making experience to bring the US-Vietnam comprehensive partnership to a new height.
